This specialization covers accounting for internal decisions rather than external reporting: cost classification and behaviour, job, process and activity-based costing, marginal costing and CVP analysis, relevant costing for make-or-buy and pricing decisions, budgeting and budgetary control, standard costing and variance analysis, responsibility accounting and transfer pricing, and performance measurement including the balanced scorecard.
