Production Planning

This specialization covers deciding what a plant will make and when: demand forecasting, aggregate and master production scheduling, material requirements planning and bills of materials, capacity and load balancing, shop-floor sequencing and dispatching, inventory policy including reorder points and economic order quantity, and how all of this is represented in an ERP system.
