This specialization covers building software that a team can keep working on: requirements and specification, design and architecture, design patterns, testing at unit, integration and system level, version control and code review, refactoring, and agile process. It is the discipline of the whole lifecycle rather than of one technology, and the emphasis falls on the parts that decide whether a codebase survives its second year.
